We talked to the “Secret Life” star and found out about a certain joke she played on an unsuspecting co-star.

It took less than two seconds to realize how cool and fun it is to talk to Francia Raisa, who plays Adrian on “The Secret Life of The American Teenager.” And it took about five seconds for her to tell us a juicy secret. Check this out!

Francia Raisa: We played a prank on Allen [Evangelista], who plays Henry on the show. We kept telling him that he needed to be on set when he really didn’t. The director kept pushing him aside and putting him behind the camera. Allen was like, “What’s going on? What am I doing?” Everyone was in on it.

What about any embarrassing moments?

Francia: We just have fun moments. One time we impersonated Britney Spears. Megan was Britney Spears, and Amy Rider and I were her dancers. We do silly stuff like that.

And if she could remake any movie?

Francia: “Selena.” And I’d play Selena.

Natch.

“Money for Nothing Chicks for Free” - Anne (Molly Ringwald) receives a potential job offer on tonight’s THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, airing at 8pm ET tonight on ABC Family.

Meanwhile, Adrian (Francia Raisa) tries to change her style and Jack (Greg Finley) raises money for underprivileged children.

The series also stars Shailene Woodley, Daren Kagasoff, Ken Baumann, Megan Park, India Eisley and Mark Derwin.

The episode was directed by former 90210 star Jason Priestly and written by Caroline Kepnes and Brenda Hampton.

Also, I did get caught up in a couple of hours with the past episodes.  I will write a late article on that sometime today.

There will be a delay in gallery uploads for about 2 days.  I work primarily off of my laptop in adding everything from news to pictures and right now my power cord is not functioning properly so I had to call my computer store and they’re sending me out a new one which should arrive by Wed./Thurs.  and once I get it updates will resume.

I have last week’s episode capped and ready to be uploaded to the FTP but now I have to get the new episode that aired yesterday and I can’t do that until one of the days from above when this part comes in which I am hoping will be on Wednesday.  So keep a look out for those.  The gallery should be up-to-date on Friday at the latest!

This just in! The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that ABC Family has renewed its hit drama, The Secret Life Of The American Teenager! Congratulations to Francia & the cast.

ABC Family has finalized a deal to renew hit drama “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” for a second season.

The series by Brenda Hampton has been given an order for 24 episodes, one more than the 23 episodes that comprised “Teenager’s” two-part first season. The show’s sophomore season premiere is tentatively slated for the summer.

“Teenager,” which launched last summer and will wrap the second portion of its first season March 23, is the highest-rated original series in ABC Family’s history and ranks as the top cable series in the Monday 8 p.m hour and the top series on any network in females 12-34.

” ‘The Secret Life of the American Teenager’ has really struck a chord not just with our Millennial audience, but with viewers across the board,” ABC exec vp Kate Juergens said.

“Teenager” stars Shailene Woodley, Molly Ringwald, Mark Derwin, India Eisley, Ken Baumann, Daren Kagasoff, Francia Raisa, Megan Park and Greg Finley.

It joins recently renewed ABC Family series “Greek” and “Lincoln Heights” and newly picked-up comedies “Ruby and the Rockits” and “10 Things I Hate About You” and drama “Perfect 10.” All received 10-episode orders. [Source]
